I have been to the doctor and he says its tension headaches, hes has given me Pain tablets which helps for the day but the next day the headache is back. I have also been for massages but it just seemed to make it worse. Please help as I am always in pain.

Dear sir

The common caise for constant headache is refractive error which needs to be evaluated further.. fundus examination of eyes is recommended..

Secondly any degenerative diseases in the joints might pose pain in the region supplied by thst respective nerve. So rule out degenerative arthritis

If your complaints does not subside with these tests then recommended to do CT scan head

Thanks
