Suffering From Cyclic Diarrhea And Lot Of Gas Developing Pain In GERD. All Test Normal. Suggest?

hi sir,
i m suffering from cyclic diarrhea.it start's when i wake up in morning & less effective in day.at night i suffers from alot of gas in my stomach but fill in right side(tight stomach) only.It creates Pain at gerd part.some times a bit black stools, some times loose.Nausea in evening & night only.ALL THE TEST SHOWS NOTHING.PLZ HELP

What do you mean by all tests?
Such symptoms can be caused by chronic bacterial infection of intestines, hyperthyroidism, inflammatory bowels diseases, medicines, partial bowels obstruction due to colon cancer.
If you are older than 50, colon cancer should be ruled out at first. If you are younger person, inflammatory bowels disease should be considered.

I do not know what kind of test have you had. You should definitely have stool test, stool culture test, pancreas tests and colonoscopy.

Ask your doctor about Rifaximine treatment in case of chronic infection.
