Suffering From Depression. Feeling Low, Restless, Angry And Irritated. Suicidal Tendency. Suggestions?
iam suffering from depression form many years - i don't feel to take bath more than 10-15 days in summers and more than 20-25 days in winters, iam chewing tobacco from last 15-20 yrs and have started alcohol also from 7-8 yrs, i feel very low , restless, high pulse rate and heart beat , get angry easily and fel irritated most of the time , no interest in any thing, seldom feel happy, feeling of emptiness, quarrelsome nature, lack of energy , lack of appetite, use abusive language in angry mood, almost daily take overdoses of antidepressent medicines,and also has suicidal tendencies - HELP, iam male, indian and age 34 yrs.
