Hello, Since you are having two problems concomitantly , so we will discuss one by one as 1 Urine problem , may be urinary tract infection so need not to worry take nitrofurantoin type tablets and relief at once . I think the main problem is white substance passing in the urine . As I note in so many patients that they pass semen in urine ( as you stated sperm), in my opinion this white substance is actually phosphates ( stick in nature ,if feels in between fingers). Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine test and take a treatment for this . 2 Now 2nd problem is gas , irregular bowel movements, constipation . May be due to peptic ulcer disease . Diagnosis can be confirmed by upper G I endoscopy . Avoid alcohol , caffeine drinks , junk food , greasy food , spicy food. Try raising the head of your bed 4 inches with blocks. Don t drink or eat 2 hours before lie down. Antacid usually helps in these cases, if symptoms severe then proton pump inhibitors help. 3 Constipation & irregular bowel movements usually occurs due to tension so avoid it , still disease present then get in colonoscopy and take treatment for gastroenterologist.
