Suffering From Head Ache Due To Daily Head Bath

hi my age is 21 yrs , after my marriage i use to take daily head bath due to home condition and i got sannus problem ,i am suffering from head ach , is it advisable to continue head bath .....

YOU HAVE SINNUS PROBLEM DUE TO THAT YOU HAVE HEADCHE. THERE SO MANY CAUSE FOR SINNUS i.e. chronic coryza, any allery .. HEAD BATH WITH DAILY COLD WATER MAY CAUSE COLD , CORYZA THAT LEADS TO SINNUS . IF YOU WANT HEAD BATH THAN THAT SHOULD BE WITH WARM WATER. FOR YOUR HEADCHE PROBLEM CONSULT ENT. SPECILIST THEY GUIDE YOU MORE.

if headbath is aggravating your condition than its better you go for alternate days.
use little warm water for headbath.
go for regular steam inhalation on daily basis n drink plenty of water.
yoga will also help u to some extend.
consult homeopath as there is permanent solution for sinus headache.

First you have to take madicines for your sinus. take Cap. Amoxicillin 500 mg twice a day+ Tab cold act twice a day after food.Please take B Complex syrup also.For 3 to 5 days.
If you can avoid daily head bath well &good ,otherwise drying hairs imediatly would suffice.you can try-
Hot inhailation with Carvol capsule .
Cosuming 1/2 lemon in hot water early in morning This will increase your resistance.
