General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The fever may be the metabolic, like dehydration, exertion, or may be due to tuberculosis, or some other chronic infections.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms amoxycillin ,clavulinicacid, paracetamol till the diagnosis is established.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
