Suffering From Indigestion And Gastritis.How Can I Get The Proper Diet Plan ?
One year before I had 62kg as my weight and now i have 57kg...i was suffering from indigestion ...I could not take large meals.. i could not take dairy products and chocolates...If i take, i suffer a lot due to gas trouble....but i want to bring my weight back to 62 kg.....Give me a best solution
Kindly get an Upper GI endoscopy done to rule out any gastric ulcers which may be the cause for you to lose weight. You may take Cap.Omez 20mg once at day and once at night, 1/2 hour before meal. Avoid smoking, spicy food, fatty meals. Exercise atleast for 40 minutes a day by brisk walking. Eat fibre rich diet like oats, dals, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Weight targeting has to be followed depending on your height, and not upon your previous readings.
Look into why you are suffering from indigestion first.
Then, calculate your ideal body wt from your body ht and attain it by proper balanced diet.
