Suffering From Irregular Heartbeats, Panic Attacks, Sharp Pains Under Armpit, Pulsating In Stomach. Could It Be Heart Related?
Hi, I'm a 23 year old 270lbs.. 5'7 female. I keep waking up with irregular heartbeats and uncalled for panic attacks. I sometimes have sharp pains under my left armpit. I feel pulsating in my stomach often times. I'm really concerned about this. I wondering is it my heart.

I read your query and understood your concern.
From what you are saying it seems more like premature heart beats.
To rule out any cardiac problem I suggest to do an ECG, ECHO, stress test and 24 hour rhythm monitoring (Holter).
If every thing is normal than don't worry (your heart is normal to).
