Suffering From Irregular Periods. Taken Clomid On Day Fourteen, Slow Follicular Growth. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, I am 28 & I usually have irregular periods (sometimes 45-60 days) . I have undergone tests like diabetes , thyroid & hormonal test. But everything looks normal. I took clomid 50mg & on 14th day my Follicle size is 14 mm, is my follicle growth slow just because I usually have irregular periods? Do I still have chances of getting pregnent this month?
