Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been suffering from back pain, pain in buttocks, leg cramps, leg pain going down one or the other leg, sometimes both, painful thighs, knees and calves. I am currently care giving for my wife who is awaiting hip surgery (in New Zealand where waiting lists are as long as five months). I get very tired but cannot always sleep because of the leg pain and cramps. I am not on any medication except Ibuprofen and paracetamol which I take regularly day after day.
I have read your question. Start taking vitamin E and calcium in good amount either through food rich in these or as supplements. Also get your MRI for your back pain as that can also lead pain in both buttocks and legs.
