Suffering From Lower Back Pain. Advised To Take Rest After Feeling Pain. Is This Curable?
I have lower back pain on the left side for long time. After walking for 15 to 20 minutes I have to sit and take rest to walk again. This is going on since last two years. X-Rays etc done shown to Ortho surgeon and was advised that this will remain like this and I should take rest by sitting after every walk when I feel pain.
Is it curable or I have to live with it. I have no other problem.
