Suffering From Pimples, Dark Spots On Face. Using Retino-a, Some Relief. Will Melacare Forte Cure Dark Spots?

Hi Doctor, I have a very bad skin. I used to get too many pimples mainly on my cheeks. And when they disappeard, I got too many black spots in their place. I used RetinoA crelam in the first phase, and it worked. Now I get less pimples, but a lot of back-purplish spots are still there on my face. Is there any solution to my problem. Can I use Melacare Forte cream for this??

Yes, you are having acne vulgaris with little improvement and reddish scars, right. You take azithromycine 500 mg in morning for three days .(. mon, tue, wen )in a week for 6 months without break. Take vitamin C tab 500 mg daily at night for 6 months. Take cap isotrtinoin 5 mg daily at night till you get dry lip or for 2 months. Apply clindamycine gel in morning and adapelene gel at night till all the pimple get rid off. Never use melacare, you may use kojic acid containing cream if you have black spots. Use acmed face wash initially, then ahaglow face wash ... Avoid milk, ghee, exessive oil, spicy food.. Keep mind cool, be positive. Take good sleep.I hope you will be improved.. Ok
