Suffering From Severe Neck, Shoulder Pain. On Medication. Is There A Solution?

i am suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain whenever i feel hungry, when i sleep at the night time, when i wake up in the morning. but doctor says that there is nothing problem in my body, it is normal. they give tablets but after 2-3 days of having it, i get those pains again. by that problem, my shoulders are looking ugly day by day. is there any solution?

Hi ! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query. Possibly you have developed cervical spondylysis. You should not work on computers for a long time, and maintain your posture rightly when working for a long duration. Apart from this, I would also advise you to consult a physiotherapy in your area, who apart from treating your problem can also guide you on the ways and exercises to prevent it. Anti inflammatory drugs will relieve you of your symptoms temporarily till you ingest those, the long term use of which is not advisable.
