Suffering From Sore Throat,hoarse Voice,cold , Cough But No Fever

Hi! My symptoms include: sore throat, hoarse voice, watery mouth, nasal congestion, persistent cough. No fever, but my usual body temp runs about 35.8.... The remoter reading 36.9 for past 2 days. Was given amoxicillin for strep throat. Been vomiting and nausea since first dose. And feeling worse! Any suggestions?

this is viral or bacterial nasophyringitis
continue your antibiotic and start some antacid with domperidone and antihistaminic and nose drop
steam inhalation, and warm saline gargle
take rest
