Suffering From Zuskas Disease, Sharp Pain Behind Right Shoulder Blade. History Of Gall Stones. Worried If This Could Be Related?
Hi, I have zuskas disease and I been experiencing a very sharp pain behind my right shoulder blade for the last couple weeks that won't go away. Could this be related? The only other time I have experienced this pain is when I had gall stones, and my gall bladder was subsequently removed. Just wondering if this shoulder pain is a cause for concern?
I understand your concerns. Periductal mastitis can be an annoying condition to deal with and I am glad you are getting a surgical opinion for this. Having mastectomy would be curative. I do not believe that your gall stones have anything to do with the pain, however, Zuska's disease is related to your shoulder blade pain. I wonder if you should seriously consider both surgeries, and a surgeon would be the best person to give an expert opinion.
I hope this helped and I wish you the very best. Take care!
