Suffering With COPD, Has Congestion, No Improvement With Z-pack. Is It Serious?

My husband has COPD is very congested. He has been taking a ZPack for three days. He s still feeling very bad, and when we took his temp, it was 96.2. Is this indicative of anything that should concern us. His body temp has always been around the norm of 98. We have taken it several times and with two different thermometers.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
COPD cannot be treated with azithromycin (ZPack) alone. Visit a pulmonologist for a proper prescription of COPD, only when the congestion is likely to get resolved.
