Suffering With Sciatica Pain From Left Buttock To Left Calf. How To Get Relief All Night?

Have been suffering with sciatica pain left buttock to left calf, outside and underside of left foot. Currently taking Lyrica
(75 mg in the morning and 150 mg in the evening). The evening dose seems to last until about 1:00 - 1:30 am. Then the pain wakes me up. I then take 2 Panadene tablets which are intermittent with their effectiveness. Is ther somthing that I can that will allow me to relief all night?

Hi
Pain killers is not the treatement of choice.
You should take lumbar traction along with back extension excercise williams abdomen exercise and short wave diathermy.
Avoid forward bending. If still pain can take low dose steroid and then should be tapered.
If severe pain can take epidural injection.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
