Take tab ciplox tinidazole for 5 days twice daily along with cap neutrolin b twice daily for 15 days.
Let your daughter eat bland diet, lots of water and also avoid spicy items. It is not a serious infection. However if she is dehydrated or feeling very weak let her see a physician
