Suggest DNS Treatment

My question relates to ENT specialist and surgeon I m suffering from DNS. Three time septoplaty has been done,last time it was on 24.08.2012 From last few days I was experiencing loud snoring while sleeping.Now I m just coming from ENT specialist He advice me for revise septoplaty. Please suggest

Please get opinion from a second doctor as your complaints may not be due to dns and may be due to some other swelling in the nose. please meet your doctor.
