I have gone through TVD /CABG in 2002,I have been prescribed recentlt Acitrom 2mg daily,and presently my PT/INR is 2.49. Earlier I was taking Ecosprin 75 daily with no problem,My EF is 30%,Pl advise should I revert back to Eco 75 and continue with Acitrom 2.

Hello Welcome to HCM. Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. Yes you continue taking ecosprin 75 mg. It's nothing but very low dose of aspirin. It acts like a antiplatelet drug. You should take it after food not in empty stomach.
ACITROM should be taken after you consult your treating doctor. Your PT/INR is quite high.
