Suggest OTC Medication For Blocked Nose And Throat With Cracking Ears
I went wakeboarding Friday and I had water go into my nose and ears on a fall. This has happened to me before and usually I have to get an antibiotic. Can you recommend an over the counter solution. I cannot breathe through my nose and my ears are cracking. My throat constantly needs to be cleared. Thanks

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Nasal decongesants and antihistamines willbe helpful to relieve the blocked nose (nasal congestion). Oral nasal decongestants like psuedoephedrine is available in preparations like sudafed. But better to use local nasal decongestants. You can get xylometazolinenasal spray for this. This is available as over the counter in brands like otrivin. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
