Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

As per your query you have problems related to diabetes, disc and nerve problems.

You need a combined comprehensive care as far as the disease is concerned.

Lumbar stenosis needs to be treated by neurosurgeon and neurologist.

So any good neurologist, neurosurgeon and diabetes specialist will treat the disease.

Thanks
