General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fatty liver is a common problem. It can be due alcohol or may be non alcoholic fatty liver due to diet and activity.

If it is due to alcohol reducing alcohol use would help

If it is non alcoholic fatty liver then a change in diet, increase in activity and the use of statins would help.
In terms of diet , decreasing carbohydrate intake would help. The carbohydrates are converted to fats that are stored in the liver and other areas of the body like the muscles.

I hope this helps
