Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I trying to cut down 5-6 kgs of weight. I am following your sample diet chart. There 2 queries:1. I am addicted to tea. Could you suggest a recipe for low-cal tea?2. As a part of the diet, I am supposed to eat paneer parantha. I am wondering which flour to use, as the wheat flour we use is not good for weight loss
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. By your history and description, you can replace your regular tea with any available green tea without sugar. You can even take ordinary black tea without sugar, add lemon and pinch of black pepper. This will help you loose weight if you take it empty stomach in the morning. I must advise you to avoid Paneer Parantha altogether, but if cannot avoid it, you can replace regular wheat flour with Jowar or Bajra flour. You can also use a combination of these flours. Avoid adding butter or ghee to the parantha.
Take care, Regards
