General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. You can have most fruits and vegetables. You can also use tubers like potatoes, yams etc. Milk and milk products you can use the one with low fat content. Wheat limit to one 3rd of a cup. Limit oats also. You can take one 4th of a cup. Avoid totally organ meats, big fishes, anchovies. Limit spinach, mushrooms, cauliflower. You can take rice as staple food.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
