Suggest A Permanent Solution For Hiatus Hernia And Prolapsing Gastropathy
am suffering from wide lax les hiatus hernia and prolapsing gastropathy antral gastris..Every 10 days once am getting stomach heavy ness..if i take nexpro rd or nexpro fast or pantacid dsr am ok..else am having stomach heavy ness often....i need permanent solution ....
Based on the history you have shared, the permanent solution for hiatal hernia is surgical repair if it's causing this much trouble to interfere with your routine.
However, for gastritis, the endoscopy and biopsy from stomach mucose may be needed to look for the cause of gastritis whether it's reversible or not. If it's not atrophic gastritis mostly it's reversible.
Meanwhile, antacids like Omeprazole before meals and motility agents like Domperidone or Itapride can be helpful for symptomatic relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
