What Is Causing Urticaria And Hiatus Hernia Attack And How To Control Them?

I am suffering from sliding type of Hiatus Hernia. The symptoms that I have are epigastric discomfort and blenching but more severe is Urtucaria. I get attack of Hiatus Hernia once in 2-3 years and it if always accompanied by Urtcaria. I fail to understand the relation between this two. Urticaria harasses me more than Hiatus please guide what is root of this onset of Urtcaria with Hiatus hernia attack and how to control it

* Urticaria is a systemic inflammatory immune response mediated via mast cells release of histamine and other cytokines.
* The association with hiatus has to be considered as part of the systemic case evaluation.
* Management would mainly control the acid reflux with
- foot end elevation of the bed when sleeping
- upper GI endoscopy and biopsy for H.Pylori infection as a prime concern
- strict diet management
- get work up panel for urticaria reasons too.
