Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 16 year old son had an injury to his testicles on January 7th with blood in his UA and extreme pain. We saw a pedi urologist and he examined him and gave us antibiotics and referred us to a surgeon for a possible hernia. Surgeon said no hernia. January 14th pain got so back we went to ER - CT showed cyst on epididymitis. Gave us pain meds and sent us home. Today he is home with pain....can barely walk. Suggestions please
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your child symptoms of pain at genital region following a diagnosis of epididymal cyst I am suggesting strongly that he will need minor surgical removal of the cyst under anaesthesia
In view of this please see a paediatric urologist specialist for expert clinical evaluation as well as surgical interventional procedures
I hope this helps Regards
