My daughter has a 103.7 temperature chills dizziness numbness of her tongue. She is hungry and is eating chicken noodle soup and totally coherent. What should we do? She has ice on her wrist and the back of her neck. She has a cough with a lot of phelm and her body hurts along her spine and shoulders and lower back

It is mostly due to some viral infection for which you can take cefadroxyl or zifi after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or combiflam for fever and pain. Go for blood investigation to isolate the cause. If chills present then complete the course of chloro-quine for 3 days as per the doctor advice.Take rekool-d empty stomach for gastric upset along with some multivitamins for weakness.
