Suggest A Remedy For Pain In The Left Thigh Running Down Towards Knee.
I have experienced a constant pain in my left thigh down to my knee for the past four weeks. It has been making a daily walk uncomfortable. It eases once I sit down. Aspirin does nothing to ease this pain. The only prescription medication I take is for high blood pressure and high cholesterol..I visit my primary care doctor every six months for a checkup. This pain began after my last visit in late November. I have no other aches or pains. I am a 67 year old female who just wishes to take her daily walks in comfort again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello madam, yes.. you should definitely continue your walks.... as long as your blood pressure and cholesterol are under check , and you are on your regular medication...its a good thing.I would suggest you to get an annual cardiac profile ... an ECG, treadmill, ECHO.... just to rule out any underlying cardiac condition. till then perhaps a combination of a serratiopeptidase and ibuprofen can help relieve some pain.... spray on can also help... but pls get your cardiac profile done and do practice metitation and yoga. take care
