Suggest A Remedy For The Pain Due To Mild Stenosis At L4 And L5

I have mild stenosis at L4 and L5, no pain sitting or laying down Pain starts only if I stand more than 10 minutes or walk more than 10 minutes. If i continue to stan then it becomes intolrable and toe of right foot starts numbing.

After siting or laying down 1-2 minutes it goes away and feel normal and can walk or stand again 10 minutes. Took some muscle rexant and Ib profin no change. PL help me on this issue how git rid of this problem
