Suggest A Remedy For Thyroid Problem

i m pregnent.i have little bit of thyroid.i want to know wat should i eat to control tyroid.i m not taking any thyroid pills.is it necessary to take pills to take pills to control thyroid

i m 30 yr old.my wgt is 55kg.my height is 5.2cm

i hv no probs in my first pregnency.this is my second pregnency.i hv got all my blood reports.all r well.but i hv little prob of thyroid.if i take any pills i dont feel gud.

They are indicators of thyroid gland function.
Your description of ''little bit of thyroid'' should be more clear. Do you mean that you have goiter?
If yes, you need an thyroid ultrasound and ask your physician if you can take iodine supplements.
