Suggest Alternate For AKT 4 Pills For Abdominal Pain
My wife age 28 detected caecal koch. She started akt 4 and benadon 40 half tablet. After 10 days of medicine she faced unbearable abdominal pain and vommitting and admitted in the hospital. She is taking all the 4 tablets of akt 4 in empty stomach. Her period isalso deladelayed 20 days. How to face this pain. Is it any substitute of akt 4 is available?

Give The bigger tablet that is rifampicin combination with Pantoprazole.
Rest all she can have afterwards.
