Suggest Alternate Remedies To Manage Levator Ani Syndrome

Two years ago my 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with levator anti syndrome. Is this rare in children because I have not been able to find anything on the internet about this condition in people so young. During an attack, she takes ventolin and panadol, then paces it out. Would like to find out what else I can do to help her.

Hello,

I understand that Levator Ani syndrome is very rare in children but I do not understand why she is using Ventolin for this which is a bronchodilator used in wheezing and asthma.

Pelvic floor exercise under the guidance of a physiotherapist should be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
