Sir,
I ve been a patient of NIMHANS since 7-8 years.I m taking in the morning feliz-20mg and 2 tabs of Inderal(10 mg) and in night Feliz(60 mg) and Inderal(20 mg) total..Nw i ve been fed up taking medicines since 5-6 years...I can't go frequently for follow ups?What shld i do?

I understand your concern.
Feliz is antidepressant and it can be useful for OCD in higher doses.
If you are better on treatment and do not have complain then continue it.
Consult every 2 month and get advise accordingly.
