Suggest Alternative Medication For Periodic Limb Movement Disorder

My husband has been diagnosed with periodic limb movement. He has been taking 1 mg. of ropinirole for over 10 years. In the last year or so he has been getting worse with the leg kicking. We are wondering if he needs the dose upped or if there is a better medication he can take?

Ropinirole is the best medicine for your husband in this disease. You can increase dose to 2 mg. Finally end with 'Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help". For Follow up questions, end with "If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
