Suggest Alternative Medication In Place Of Renerve Plus

Sir....is thr any substitute of renerve plus....may be natural in form of vegetables, fruits etc. for nerve strengthening purpose...as i faced problem of pain in lower back....one year before and now again...it started all of a sudden...previously i was doing some asans/ pranayam & now i was doing gym/ swomming as physical activities...but pain started when i just stood of chair after taking lunch...severe pain...even sitting also was difficult...i consulted doctor..he advised for phyiotherapy and gave sm pain killer and antiiflammatory medicine..post 1 week it got subsized but still for removing my doubt doctor told for x-ray of spine....it was found normal...but still he suggested to take renerve plus daily one after meal for 1 month

In my view, it will be better if you take one month course of the prescribed tablet followed by making dietary changes for future benefits. Tablet Renerve Plus contain METHYLCOBALAMIN a form of vitamin B 12. It is very essential for DNA synthesis and nerve function in human body. One month intake of tablet will replenish the stores of vitamin and help with strengthening of nerves you can then make dietary changes, to continue the supply of vitamin to keep nerves in better condition.
