Suggest Alternative Medicine For Dolo 650 Mg.
My frnd has consumed 9tabs of dolo 650 mg ....and is experiencing acidity...pain in stomach...burning sensation....also Pain in right side of da chest ....n is refusing to visit hospital as she is dsnt want any case issues tat may reach her parents....as we stay in hostel. Plz suggest me some alternative to help her out asap.

Dolo (Paracetamol) is commonly used for the treatment of headache, fever, joint pain, toothache and other conditions.
The maximum daily recommended dosage of Dolo is 4000mg.
It is unfortunate that your friend has taken 9 tablets which is overdosage and this seems to have resulted in suspected liver damage which is a medical emergency.
He/she needs medical attention at the earliest.
Please take him/her to the emergency room at the earliest. He must be treated promptly.
At home you can give him high salt water at home as a first aid to induce vomiting and bring out the unabsorbed tablets from his/her stomach.
Acetylcysteine is the specific antidote for Paracetamol poisoning, it must be promptly given to him/her in the hospital.
