Suggest An OTC Medication To Treat Abdominal Bloating And Diarrhea

yes I have get bloating diarrhea upset stomach gas few times a week and i want to know which of this medicine over counter like pepto bismol or Ibgard is better for me. I can not go out and eat with my family or go party without getting so sick. please tell me what to do.

For the symptoms of abdominal bloating and diarrhoea, kindly take Tablet.Secnidazole.
Along with it, drink good quantities of water and keep yourself well hydrated.
