General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a reactive node secondary to ear infection. The ear infection should be treated promptly as it is the primary cause.

Consult an ENT specialist and plan for an otoscopic examination. You can opt for antibiotics like amoxicillin which is safe in pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
