hi my name is lauren i used to go to nulton diagnostics and i was seeing dr.cassone since i was around 15 or 16 and he had me on xanax because i have severe panic attacks and also severe anxiety.. i unfourtunatly got kicked out of the clinic cause i was was late for 2 apointments by just a few minutes and then i havone of thme prepraid phones and missed a appointment because i have terrible memeory loss do to domestic violence... and they refuse to take me back... i tried to go to a doctor in indiana pa and was going for months never had a issue til i went in for my monthly appointment and he tried to say someone called and said i was abusing my medication and i have never done that nor had a problem with.and the part that upset me the most is he didnt even call me in for a pill count or any thing and i took drug test all the time for them so i honestly feel thats malpractice how can you have someone one something that works for them and just cause a stranger calls and says im abbusing them it isnt right. and im guessing it was probably someone who found out i was on them meds and since they couldnt get any from me they have it taken from me when i honestly truely need it i cant even go in public half the time and when i amaround people i start to hyperventalate.. my other doctor even thinking that and i was very upset because i needs my xanax i have been on so many different medications over the past 13 or 14 years that the Xanax was the only thing that worked for me they had me on 2 mg in morning 1 mg at noon and 2 mgs before bed. doctor im begging please help me cause the last doctor i had before all this he got sent to jail and now i suffer ever day and its the most depressing thing that when your child ask u to go to park or outside to play and your anxiety and panic attack takes over!!!!
