Suggest Ayurvedic Remedy For Fluid Behind Ear Drums

I had my first ear infection last week, female 50yrs, so severe treated with Azithromycin antibiotic (started with unbearable sore throat few days before) which provided instant relief. Now I'm left with fluid behind the eardrums, worse on the right side, hearing feels like it's reduced 90%! What is the Ayurvedic cure?

steam inhalations with karval plus capsules thrice daily will open ur Eustachian tube and drain the fluid in ur middle ear space .
karval plus (Karvol Plus Capsule contains Camphor, Chlorothymol, Eucalyptol, Menthol, and Terpineol as active ingredients.)
