Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For High BP With Stomach Infection

I am taking Ecosprine 75 daily one after lunch. I am aIso taking Telma AM 40 to control High Blood Pressure.
Is there any side effects of Ecosprine? Recently I suffered due to gas problem? Also amoebic infection?
Please suggest any Ayurvedic or homepathic medicine? or else I will continue with the same.

As long as the question of treatment of hypertension is concern the first line of maintaining this, is cut down the salt intake, regular exercise, yoga, cut down calorie, stress free life, if this fails to response then Allopathy is the only option there and not other system of medicine does have better anti hypertensive drugs, Aspirin does not have any serious side effects, hope this information helps you have good day.
