Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Ankle Pain And Stiffness In Foot/toes

good day! my elder son hurt his ankle about a year ago and complained on and off about pains, we took him thrice to the doctors and he was given pain killers, had an xray taken which showed no sign of problems, and was told he had an inflammation. He also went for physiotherapy recently on doctors referral and apparently his foot is not relaxed for the physio to be able to go further. His foot and toes seem to have become stiff. How he has been bearing the pain is a wonder and we want to take him for ayurvedic treatment as we know that is the best...please assist. thank you

Better late than never, you have made a good choice of Ayurvedic treatment.
After knowing a brief history, it seems that your son's ankle muscles are hurt. Here treatment which will increase his joint strength should be done.
Take Punarnavadi Guggul, 2 tabs, twice a day in full stomach.
Trayodashaang Guggul, 2 tabs, twice a day, morning and evening with milk.
Apply oil soaked cotton piece on the joint, twice a day. Oil to be used is Mahaamaasha taila. Continue this for 2 month and write back.
