Suggest Cause And Remedy For Coughing Up Large And Solid Rubbery Musus

Hello, over the last few weeks, I have had a variety of issues culminating to what a Minute clinic doctor said was a sinus infection. I was given a Z-Pac, took the Z-Pac as directed andthe day after I began treatment, I got a fever that lasted 2 days past the entire cycle of the Z-Pac. Now I am feeling better, but the last 2 days I have been clearing my sinuses and in doing so I have managed to snort out and cough up large, solid and rubbery muscus that is quite bloody as well. I have done this about 5 to 6 times. The size of what has come is is ususally between a pea to a average sized marble. Should I be concerned?
