Avoid fast food, soda, sweets, animal fat, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and seafood 4. Exercise regularly 5. Take the medications your doctor have prescribed
You will feel better, when heart enlargement is stopped and your doctor will confirm it with echocardiography
