Suggest Cause And Remedy For Lumps Around The Anus

I am a 22 year old boy and i have had lumps around my anus for about 5 years, when touched they bleed and when I wipe my bum they bleed. Also they constantly itch and rub together which is very uncomfortable. I know I have been stupid not getting this checked sooner but I have been very scared about this. Can you help me?
