I started getting nosebleeds two months ago. At first, I associated it with airplane travel, since my first two nosebleeds occurred right after one flight and during another flight. Over the past two months I have had infrequent nosebleeds, but enough to know that it is not a normal occurrence for my body. I have had daily nosebleeds in the last two days, and noticed it occurs when I bend over. I am a healthy 60 year old woman who experiences neck and head pain. The cause of this pain, which is bearable, has been diagnosed as degenerative disease, osteo porosis, slipped disc, and vascular calcification. One doctor thought the arthritis in my neck was pressing on my optic nerve, which caused the pain that wraps around my ear. Because of the nosebleeds, I have stopped taking ibuprofen and the one baby aspirin I take before bedtime. Any suggestions, or should I be worried?
