General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Extreme headache and dizziness could be caused commonly due to 2 reasons:
1. Increased blood pressure.
2. Severe Anaemia.
Kindly get these two conditions evaluated by doing the following:
1. Check your blood pressure.
2. Complete blood count with peripheral smear.
You need to consult Physician in this regard for clinical evaluation. Accordingly, treatment could be instituted and you can overcome the problems.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
