Suggest Cause For Fever With Vomitting & Rise In WBC Count In Children

I have a 4 year old. She gets very sick sometimes and sarts vomiting. Once she starts this, it doesn't stop . I get her to the er and her white blood count is over 34,000!!! It's happen 3 r 4 times now! Each time the WBC is higher. Why? What is causing this??

Hai .she may have some chronic infection. Pls undergo detailed blood tests blood culture, urine culture, peripheral smear detailed, haemogram, , discuss in detail with the paediatrician and pathologist, any immature forms in the cells to be checked out, take care
